What is stored in your browser

Two settings, kept in your own browser and sent nowhere: your unit choice (US or metric, stored as "units") and whether the egg timer plays a sound at the end (stored as "timer-sound"). You can clear them by clearing site data in your browser. Nothing you type into a calculator leaves your device unless you press "Share link", which copies a web address with your inputs to your clipboard for you to paste where you choose.

Analytics

At launch the site runs no analytics and sets no cookies. If that changes, this page will name the service and what it collects before it is switched on.

Links to Etsy

Links to the cookbooks go to Etsy. Etsy's own privacy policy applies once you are there.

Videos

Video tutorials load only when you press play, through YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed. Until then the page shows a still image and nothing is requested from YouTube.
